The Refuge de l’Arche
In Château-Gontier, you can find the Refuge de l’Arche, famous for the diversity of animals that you can meet there. This refuge aims to save abandoned or seized wild animals. To do this, the teams take care of the animals and integrate them into the shelter so that they can feel at home. The Parc de Bergault
At 25 minutes drive from the Coquillonnerie is the Bergault Park. The concept of this park is unique and often attracts a lot of people: to be in a mini tank to challenge your friends through an epic battle! The park also offers an outdoor laser game since 2019. The Halte Fluviale
At the Halte Fluviale, you can rent boats without license to sail on the Mayenne. If you are not a boat lover, you can also rent pedal boats. Rentals range from 30 minutes to 2 days, depending on the type of boat. The concept is perfect to discover the benches of the Mayenne and the surrounding nature. Laval Kart Loisir
Here is a place that should please those who love speed and sensations! Laval Kart Loisir offers 10-minute sessions with a possibility of renting a 150 cm3 or 390 cm3 kart (for those over 15 years old and over 1m50). The hikes
You can find about 20 walks around Château-Gontier. Circuits like the one of Petit Pineau or Vauberton in Chatelain are very nice for a quick outing because they are about 3km long. For the more athletic and those who want to discover a little more, routes like the one from Pinson to Loigné-sur-Mayenne (16km) will be more appropriate. Anjou Sport Nature
Anjou Sport Nature, located at 15 minutes away from the gîtes, offers a variety of fun activities for families and friends! You will be able to find tree climbing, canoeing, archery, paddle, bike rides and even a paintball field. It’s the perfect place to go for a full day of fun. The Château de la Rongère
Less than 10 minutes by car from La Coquillonnerie, you can visit the Château de la Rongère. In particular, its French gardens, which are classified and recognized for their beauty during the summer.
