Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present rental is made under the ordinary conditions and of right in similar matter and in particular with those hereafter which the taker obliges himself to carry out, under penalty of all damages and even of cancellations of the present, if good seems to the agent and without being able to claim the reduction of the rent.

  • The hours of arrival are normally foreseen at 10 am.
  • Departure times are normally scheduled for 10:00 am.
  • It is agreed that in case of withdrawal :
    • from the tenant: more than one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid / less than one month before the lease takes effect, the tenant will pay in addition the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
    • the lessor: within seven days following the withdrawal, the lessor must pay the lessee double the deposit.
  • If a delay of more than four days in relation to the planned date of arrival has not been reported by the Tenant, the lessor will be entitled to try to re-rent the accommodation while retaining the right to turn against the Tenant.
  • Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father of family” and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry in enjoyment of the places, could not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant or his family.
  • The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached descriptive statement. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee at his departure the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or deteriorated objects, furniture or materials and those whose wear and tear would exceed the normal for the duration of the lease. The price of cleaning the covers made dirty, an allowance for damage of any kind to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, windows, bedding, etc. …

We ask you to remove all the garbage.

Cleaning package :

  • The whole site : 210 €
  • Villa 1 – 6 people : 90€ (for the whole site)
  • Villa 2 – 4 persons : 60€

The deposit must be paid by check. It will be returned at the latest 1 month after the departure of the tenant except in case of detention.
The tenant will not be able to oppose the visit of the premises, when the owner or his representative will make the request.

 

Regulations for the access to the swimming pool

1. We are not responsible for any accident during the renting of the 2 cities and the room.
2. All users of the swimming pool must be covered by a liability insurance and acknowledge that they release the owners from any responsibility for the safety of all persons participating in the stay.
3. Never leave your child unattended. It is your responsibility.
4. Designate a responsible adult for supervision.
5. Equip your child with an armband.
6. After swimming, take out floating toys.
7. Put back in place the safety alarm device that is installed at the edge of the pool (safety standard NF P 90307 – May 2004)
